Listed RE is shaking up the residential real estate industry with a black & white approach.

Seeing a gap in the market for a more specialised service, industry professionals father and son duo Vijay Soni, former principal of Raine & Horne, and Roni Soni, former principal of Ray White, have come together to create Listed RE.

Head Office based in Sydney’s North West, Norwest Business Park Baulkham Hills, Listed RE Soni and Soni, who have over 25 years of combined industry experience and have notched up more than $1 billion in real estate sales between them, say they saw an opportunity to deliver more value to vendors by providing a more specialised approach.

“We have our finger on the pulse constantly, and can be really personal and reactive, adding value in real time, which is what vendors need in the current market.”

With the wealth of experience behind the company, it comes as no surprise.

Vijay first began selling property 1996 and Roni in 2002.

We felt that vendors really needed our sales expertise and skill set. By coming together and starting Listed RE, it’s enabled us to combine our skill sets and experiences to provide vendors more value and better results,” Vijay said.

Offering a point of difference hinged on providing staff with strong real estate skills across all levels of their agency.

“We want to provide our expertise right at the front line of property sales and work backward from there. We want the best people in our company engaging with the market and actually selling the properties; everything we do is geared towards generating vendor & buyers satisfaction.”
